Wanderlust is a strong desire to wander or travel and explore the world. When you cannot shake it off as absolutely in my case,
the diagnosis:

Simply, put there is NO cure when bitten by the travel bug.
How long does it last?
. Once you get it that’s the end. There is no turning back and no way to get rid of it. It’s simply FOREVER!
You will have to learn to live with it as I and many others who are bitten by the bug.
INTERACTIVE WORLD MAP
After (40+) years of traveling for vacations, for jobs, taking multiple 'sabbaticals' from work, or simply to get a fix/cure from the travel bug. I was encouraged by childhood friends to make a list of the countries and destinations visited so far.
TRAVELBUG .quest is created to chronicle my lifelong dream to travel to 💯 countries of the world.

Having bitten by the travel bug at a young age, the wanderlust in my life has never been cured and am for the better of it.
Like in the movie Matrix, I took the red pill to explore the world and live a rich life of experiences in which to

An organization for travelers who have visited a hundred or more of the world's countries & territories*, Traveler's Century Club, listed a total of (330) world's countries & territories as of January 2022. Although some are not actually countries in their own right, they have been included because they are removed from the parent country.
For example, Hawaii, a state in USA, scores (+1) point; while, (mainland) USA, counts as another (+1) point, for a total of (2) countries*. My goal of 💯 countries have long preceded and conceived before my knowledge of this group. See full story here.
